Question: If you have just been hired as the brand-new Business and Marketing Administrator for Zip Xpress Inc., what would be virtually the first thing on your “To Do” list? What would you do right out of the gate?

You’d ditch the nice office clothes, roll up your sleeves, and watch a night of shipping perfection unfold on the Zip Xpress docks and warehouse space.
And that’s exactly what Janet Kroeze did recently.
She came to work in the late afternoon on a Friday – always the busiest time for Zip Xpress loading – and she watched, listened, asked questions, shook hands, and generally enjoyed the heck out of getting to know the Zip Xpress family from front office to the back of the loading docks.

Janet Kroeze comes to Zip Xpress with an impressive background in the West Michigan business scene.
Most recently coming from a key position in Global Logistics and Sourcing at Haworth Inc., Janet has all the right stuff to help Zip Xpress move forward in the marketplace.
She is an accomplished administrative professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting senior-level executives. As a self-starter on the job, she meets project deadlines and requirements while managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments such as Zip Xpress.
She has worked extensively as a team player and coordinator for special events and programs, and will apply those skills in the front office of Zip Xpress in the challenges ahead.
